Pay and benefits Here's a taste of the incredible rewards that await as an Emirates Captain. Total package: Enjoy a tax-free total package comprising of take home cash, schooling, medical, insurance, annual leave tickets, housing and transport plus our Provident (pension) scheme employer contribution. Based on employee, spouse and 2 eligible children. - Annual pay & benefits: AED 1,185,000 / USD 320,000 - Annual take home cash: AED 575,000 / USD 155,000 (annualised basic salary & flying pay) - Monthly take home cash: AED 48,000 / USD 13,000 (monthly basic & 85 hrs flying pay) Education allowances: If you're relocating to Dubai with your family, you'll receive an education allowance for children aged 4-19, covering school fees from primary to pre-university. Primary AED 52,250 (USD 14,237); Secondary AED 79,750 (USD 21,730). Provided each year for up to 3 children. Annual leave: 42 calendar days off annually; Business Class upgradeable to First; confirmed annual leave ticket for you and dependents. Provident Fund: After six months with Emirates, you'll be automatically enrolled in the company Provident Fund. Employees receive a lump sum upon leaving the company. Employer contribution - 12% of basic monthly salary. Employee contribution - 5% of basic monthly salary. Independent trust - Isle of Man. Scheme flexibility - contribution rates, currency, investment funds. Accommodation: We'll provide you with free accommodation equivalent to AED 290,000 (USD 80,000) including utilities, in a three or four bedroom villa within one of our gated communities, exclusively for Emirates employees. If you choose to buy your own property, you'll then receive an accommodation allowance. Medical and insurance: Enjoy a high standard of care for the whole family with medical and dental cover. You'll also receive life and accident insurance as well as loss of licence insurance.

Additional requirements

• Aircraft: Pilot in command Airbus. Recency: minimum 150 hours in the past 12 months on type. Valid ICAO ATPL with unrestricted class 1 medical. Fleet: Emirates A380 and Boeing 777.

Compensation and Benefits

$155,000 per year (USD)

• Annual total package AED 1,185,000 (USD 320,000) comprising take home cash, schooling, medical, insurance, annual leave tickets, housing and transport plus Provident scheme employer contribution (based on employee, spouse and 2 eligible children)
• Free accommodation equivalent to AED 290,000 (USD 80,000) including utilities, in a three or four bedroom villa in an Emirates gated community; accommodation allowance if you buy your own property

• 42 calendar days annual leave, Business Class upgradeable to First, confirmed annual leave ticket for you and dependents
