Solairus Aviation is searching for a Full-Time Gulfstream G150 & Global 5000 Captain to join an operation at KSAT airport (San Antonio, TX). The ideal candidate will be a standout colleague seeking excellence in every aspect of performance, working safely and expertly to meet client travel needs while adhering to Solairus' culture of safety, service, and integrity. Essential Responsibilities: - Safe operation of the Gulfstream G150 & Global 5000 aircraft. - Conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner including: reviewing maintenance status, conducting proper pre-flight inspections per the approved AFM, checking weather and facilities along the route, ensuring compliance with Solairus policies and FAA regulations, ensuring the safety of all passengers, aircraft and crew, and accurate completion of all trip paperwork. Qualifications: - Total time: 3,000 hours - PIC: 1,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land: 1,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land PIC: 500 hours - Time in Turbo Jet: 500 hours - Instrument: 250 hours Specific Qualifications/Certifications: - Type rated on Gulfstream G150 & Global 5000 or comparable aircraft - First class medical required - Must be able to work on an on-call basis - Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually - Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KSAT or willing to relocate
