First Officer - A220 (NTR)

Breeze Airways is hiring First Officers to fly the Airbus A220. First Officers are responsible for ensuring safe and timely flight operations in accordance with all Company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. Responsibilities: - Thorough working knowledge of the equipment operated, FARs, Company manuals, Operations Specifications, policies, and other instructions - Responsible to the Captain for proper flight planning in accordance with applicable weather information, Company policies, and FARs - Responsible and qualified for the assigned flight (flight/duty time limitations, training, proficiency checks, medical certificate, etc.) - Perform all duties the Captain may assign in flight - Assess risk and use proper resources to keep risk at an acceptable level during all phases of ground and flight operations - Employs the CRM concept of "Assertiveness with Respect" - Maintains a high degree of proficiency and thorough knowledge of flight operations, procedures, and systems - Develops technically and professionally in preparation for transition to PIC - Ensures airworthy condition of assigned aircraft through pre- and post-flight inspection - Becomes familiar with existing and forecasted weather prior to each flight - Assists with proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo at terminal points Minimum Qualifications: - Must be at least 23 years old at the time of hire - FAA ATP Certificate or Commercial Pilot Certificate with multi engine and instrument ratings - Current ATP Written completed if FAA ATP is not held - Must have 1,500+ hours total time (not including simulator and/or Flight Engineer time) - Must have 500+ hours fixed wing turbine time - Must have a minimum: 750 hours fixed wing time, 500 hours cross country, 250 hours fixed wing PIC, 100 hours night, 75 hours instrument, 50 hours actual multi engine flying - Actively flying two of the past five years - Must be able to join a class within six months of application - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have knowledge, skills, and ability to upgrade to Captain in a very short period of time - Must ensure pilot training history is accurately maintained and disclosed per FAA PRD regulations - Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate - Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit - Valid U.S. driver's license and valid passport - Must be able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States - Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test - Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background checks - Must have authorization to work in the United States (Immigration Reform Act of 1986) - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Preferred Qualifications: - Previous US Part 121, US Part 135, or US Military Aviator experience - 500+ hours fixed wing multi engine time, preferably in a jet - Experience using an FMS

• Current ATP Written completed if an FAA ATP is not held
• Must ensure pilot training history is accurately maintained and disclosed per FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) regulations
• Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Valid passport
• Must be able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background checks
• Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
