Job description

First Officer position in the Embraer Regional Jet 135/145 (ERJ) aircraft. Contour Airlines' Flight Operations Department is seeking experienced pilots to join their growing team. This position requires the highest levels of professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to safe and reliable operations. Operates aircraft in compliance with Part 135 On-Demand regulations. Key responsibilities include placing safety above all operational priorities, performing preflight planning and flight plan preparation, providing excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring aircraft cleanliness and readiness, and complying with uniform and professional appearance standards. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver license, current passport, current first-class medical, Commercial multi-engine land license with instrument airplane rating, authorized to work in the United States, English proficiency endorsement (EPE), must pass 10-year work history review, criminal history records check, DOT pre-employment drug screen, and FAA/Company random drug and alcohol tests. No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents. Must reside within 120 minutes of dispatch call during assigned duty period. Minimum flight times: 500 hours total time, 25 hours multi-engine. Preferred: 750 hours total time, 50 hours multi-engine, no more than 2 check ride failures.
