Job description

GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes is seeking First Officers (Copiloto) for a 2026 Talent Pool. The selected candidate will work with the Operations Directorate team, aligned with the company's strategy and current regulations. Responsibilities: - Execute safety procedures described in the Air Operator's Safety Program and other relevant manuals; - Carry out activities in accordance with the Pilot-in-Command's instructions during unlawful acts (AVSEC); - Ensure that all Cabin Crew members are at their stations, seated and with seatbelts fastened before landing and takeoff operations; - Ensure that specific safety instructions have been communicated to passengers requiring mobility assistance and their companions; - Perform pre-flight inspection of the aircraft and alert the Captain of any discrepancies observed; - Consult meteorological information required for the flight; - Operate communication equipment and read checklists when requested by the Captain on the ground and during phases acting as Pilot Monitoring; - Operate the aircraft during phases acting as Pilot Flying; - Execute tasks assigned by the Flight Captain; - Verify the operation and pressure of the oxygen system and mask; - Support Security management regarding safety procedures; - Identify and report hazards in operations via the AQD system. Minimum Requirements: - Minimum 500 hours on fixed-wing aircraft, verified in the Electronic CIV (flight logbook); - Commercial Pilot License (CPL); - Valid Instrument Rating; - Valid Multi-Engine Rating (Type or Class); - ICAO English Level 4 or higher; - Theoretical PLA (ATPL theoretical); - Valid passport; - Full availability to relocate (base to be defined after selection process). Differentials (preferred): - B737 type rating; - Completed higher education (preferably in Aeronautical Sciences or Civil Aviation); - Experience as a pilot at an airline regulated by RBAC 121; - Prior experience on turboprop or jet aircraft; - Flight Instructor rating; - Jet Training course; - Checked PLA.
