flyExclusive (Exclusive Jets, LLC) is hiring a Caravan Seaplane Captain (PIC) based at Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport (TMB), Miami-Dade County, Florida. The role supports company operations by transporting maintenance parts, supplies and technicians to various worksites, operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Required qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship - FAA First Class Medical - Commercial Single Engine Land with Instrument Rating - IFR proficiency and currency - 1,200 total flight hours, including 500 hours PIC, 500 hours cross-country, 100 hours night, 75 hours instrument (50 hours in actual flight) and 100 hours seaplane - Must reside within one hour of the home base - Must complete a comprehensive background check including verification of previous employment, education and criminal history - Safety-sensitive role subject to pre-employment and random FAA drug and alcohol testing Schedule and travel: on-call position with 5 hard days off per month; travel up to 100%. Compensation and benefits: annual salary $110,000.00; per diem $66 per day domestic and $85 per day international when overnight away from base; paid medical, dental and vision insurance; 1-year training agreement; Known Crew Member (KCM) access, uniform allowance, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) and FAA medical reimbursement.
