Job description
Talon Air is looking to add a strong Captain to the team for an international Gulfstream GV position. Talon Air is a Part 135 operator headquartered in Farmingdale, NY, operating a fleet of 40+ aircraft including Global 6000/5000, Gulfstream 550/450, GV, G-IVSP, Challenger 604/605, Challenger 3500, Falcon 2000, Hawker 4000, G200 and Citation platforms, and has been operating for over 25 years. Most pilots are home-based and airline to and from the aircraft for each rotation. The aircraft performs a mix of worldwide Part 91 owner flying and Part 135 charter operations. Education & Experience: - ATP - 3,500+ hours total time - 1,000+ hours multi-engine time - 750+ hours PIC (large cabin experience preferred) - International operational experience preferred - Part 135 experience preferred - FAA First Class Medical - Valid passport A GV type rating is preferred; other highly qualified Captains with large cabin international experience will also be considered. Duties & Responsibilities: - Safe and efficient flight operations for domestic and international trip assignments under 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135 while maintaining a high level of customer service - Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient and cordial manner at all times - Provide an exceptional experience for the aircraft owner and passengers while representing Talon Air in a professional manner - Greet passengers and assist with passenger seating and luggage storage - Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests and needs - Adhere to the duties and responsibilities stated in all company procedures manuals - Maintain a current First Class Medical certificate as required by Talon Air policy and notify the company if a medical condition may impair the ability to perform flight duties Required Skills: - Must be a team player and work well in a team environment - Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91 - Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO and international flight operations regulations - Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities - Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills - Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, iPads, email, and web/mobile applications Total compensation is $230,000+, along with full benefits (401k match, medical, dental, vision, etc.) and a consistent 12/8 schedule.

Compensation and Benefits
$225,000 – $250,000 per year (USD)
