First Officer - NTR

Job description

Air France is recruiting professional pilots who will start as First Officers (Officier Pilote de Ligne) within the group on the medium-haul network. The airline pilot role requires passion for flying, enthusiasm, commitment, and intellectual, psychological, and physical aptitudes, as well as good English proficiency. The pilot is responsible for piloting, navigation, radio communications management, and technical monitoring of the aircraft. Pilots are divided into two categories: Captain (Commandant de bord) and First Officer (Officier Pilote de Ligne). Requirements: - Hold a valid ATPL or CPL/IR ME - Hold a theoretical ATPL issued by an ATO certified by an EU member state - Valid Class 1 medical certificate - Hold a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training certificate at satisfactory level - ICAO English FCL 055/055D level 5 or above (valid) - TOEIC English score of 850 or above, dated less than 2 years at the time of selection - Submit certified copy of the last 2 pages of logbook and employer certificate validating flight hours - Be a national of a European Economic Area state or the Swiss Confederation - Fluent in French; non-native French speakers must hold FCL 055 level 6 in French - Comply with eligibility rules for Professional Pilot selection - No previous training failure at Air France or Transavia - Since 20/12/2019, pilots without a first CS-25 type rating must hold an EASA Advanced UPRT training certificate and 70 hours PIC or EASA equivalents

Additional requirements

• Must be a national of a European Economic Area state or of the Swiss Confederation
• Fluent French required; non-native French speakers must hold FCL 055 level 6 in French
• TOEIC English score of 850 or above, dated less than 2 years at the time of selection
• Must hold a theoretical ATPL issued by an ATO certified by an EU member state
• Must hold a Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training certificate at a satisfactory level
• No previous training failure at Air France or Transavia
• Pilots without a first CS-25 type rating must hold an EASA Advanced UPRT training certificate
• Minimum education level: French Baccalauréat
• A certified copy of the last two logbook pages and an employer certificate must be submitted
