Jet2.com is recruiting A320/1 Type Rated First Officers (Second Officer, First Officer, or Senior First Officer) on their Airbus A321 fleet. With sustained, secure growth and 146 new Airbus A321neo aircraft being introduced until 2035, direct entry positions are available at London Stansted, Manchester, London Gatwick, and London Luton. Requirements by grade: - Second Officer: Final line check complete on A320/1 fleet and >100 hours on type. - First Officer: Final line check complete on A320/1 fleet and >500 hours on type. - Senior First Officer: >2,000 hours total flying time with >500 hours on Airbus family. - Current or Former RAF Voyager pilots who meet the hours criteria are welcome to apply. - A valid UK Flight Crew Licence - Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 5 - Current Class One Medical - Must hold a current Airbus A320/A321 Type Rating Benefits: - High basic salary – not hours dependent, with competitive flight and sector pay - Stable basing, confirmed at point of offer - Transparent and fair base transfer policy based on seniority of request - Two sector days with a.m. or p.m. preferencing options - Roster published in week one of each month - 37 annual leave days with live free bidding - 4 Requested Days Off per month - Discretionary profit share (July 2025: each eligible full-time FO received £7,369) - Comprehensive Private Healthcare - Contributory pension scheme – 8% company contribution - Part-time and fixed pattern rostering available after 10 months - UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available (Home Office-approved sponsor) - All-year-round command upgrade process based on merits and aspirations
