Flight Crew Candidate (Lakseløp Company-Sponsored Pilot Programme) — Recruitment Details (joining April 2027) Position Flight crew candidate. Planned number of hires A small number. Eligibility - Graduated (or expected to graduate) from a four-year university, graduate school or junior college, or graduated from a college of technology, as at the end of March 2027. - Corrected visual acuity of 0.7 or better in each eye. - Correctable to at least 0.7 in each eye and 1.0 binocularly, with lens refractive power between -6.0 and +5.0 diopters (D), and no history of orthokeratology. - A pass in FCAT and English ability of approximately TOEIC 750 or above. - Must not hold a pilot qualification (a private pilot licence for gliders is excepted). Place of work Haneda Airport and the various training facilities designated by the company (planned in Japan and overseas; this may be subject to change). Employment type Fixed-term contract employee. After obtaining the JCAB Commercial Pilot License and Instrument Rating, a new employment contract will be signed. Employment will be terminated in the event of unsatisfactory training progress or failure of the Instrument Rating examination. Salary and allowances Salary: 230,000 yen per month. Allowances: commuting assistance, overseas training allowance of 40,000 yen per month, and others. Full social insurance. Training Our company-sponsored training programme is a scheme under which training costs are shared between AIRDO and the candidate. Approximately 2 years of overseas training plus approximately 1 year of domestic training. Licences: EASA and JCAB (Commercial Pilot Licence, Instrument Rating). Application period 1 May 2026 to 30 September 2026. Selection schedule - First stage (document screening) : Results will be notified on or after October 1, 2026. - Second stage (online interview) : Wednesday 14 October 2026 or Thursday 15 October 2026 - Third stage (interview and Medical Examination equivalent to an Aviation Medical Examination) : Wednesday 28 October 2026 or Thursday 29 October 2026－Tokyo - Final stage (interview): Tuesday 17 November 2026－Tokyo or Sapporo Selection route Pass FCAT → AIRDO recruitment examination (entry via Mynavi). Date of joining 1 April 2027 or later.

• Must have passed FCAT (the ANA Group common pilot aptitude test).
