PHI Health is seeking a VFR Pilot (AS350 VFR/NVG) based in Deer Valley, AZ. PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, transporting more than 22,000 patients per year from more than 80 bases across the country. Job Summary: - Operating under CAMTS guidelines - Aircraft: AS350 VFR/NVG (Instrument rating required) - 24-hour operations (day/night rotation) - If successful applicant requires aircraft transition: 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA - Relocation package available (if utilized: 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA) - Schedule: 7&7 rotation - Must reside within a 1-hour or less commute of the base Requirements: - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings - First Class Medical Certificate - CAMTS Requirements: - 2,000 Total Flight Hours - 1,500 Hours Helicopter - 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopter - 500 Hours Turbine Helicopter - 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations OR 50 Hours Unaided + 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG) - Must meet and maintain the company's flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (able to lift 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management Duties: - Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM - Participate in community outreach programs - Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment - Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns Compensation: - Sign-On Bonus up to $75,000 - Competitive pay, shift bonuses, shift incentives, Annual Safety Bonus, Annual Employee Bonus

Additional requirements

• Must reside within a 1-hour or less commute of the base
• Must meet and maintain company flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less)
• Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 pounds), drug screening and background screen
• Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management
• 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA if aircraft transition is required; 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA if relocation package is utilized
