First Officer - DO 328-300 (NTR)

Job description

Second in Command Pilot for the Dornier 328 Jet, based out of Hawthorne, CA. The position supports Advanced Air's on-demand charter operations as well as scheduled service routes to the Mammoth and Crescent City communities. The SIC reports to the Chief Pilot and in his absence the Director of Operations. Requires a one-year commitment and must live within two hours of base airport. Responsibilities include performing pre/post flight inspections, assisting the PIC during all phases of flight, assuming primary responsibility for safety if PIC becomes incapacitated, managing customer service items, complying with all FARs and company procedures, updating flight and duty records, and participating in safety and quality systems. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, ATP Multi, 1,500 hours total time, 500 hours cross country, 250 hours PIC, 100 hours night time, 75 hours instrument flight (50 hours actual), 50 hours multi-engine, 300 hours PIC turbine. Must pass oral/written exam per FAR 135.293(a), competency check per FAR 135.293(b), 6-month IFR proficiency check per FAR 135.297, and enroute check per FAR 135.299. Physical ability to lift 150+ lbs, climb on/off aircraft wing, and execute flights up to 4.5 hours/10 hours per day during 14-hour duty period.

• Must pass oral/written exam per FAR 135.293(a), competency check in type per FAR 135.293(b), 6-month IFR proficiency check per FAR 135.297, and enroute check per FAR 135.299
• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 150 lbs
