Job description

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified candidates for a Pilot in Command (Captain) position on a well-established Falcon 7X aircraft based at DuPage Airport (DPA) in West Chicago, IL. This is a three-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician, flying under Part 91 and Part 135 to domestic and international destinations. This is not a commutable position and requires residing within driving distance of DPA airport. Responsibilities: - Ensure safe operation of flight, including crewing and trip assignments compliant with company and regulatory requirements. - Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks. - Utilize TPC briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks. - Comply with company SOPs and act as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator. - Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks and record discrepancies per company SOPs. - Monitor and accomplish aircraft ground servicing items. - Complete passenger briefings and deliver the highest level of customer service. - Utilize CRM and TEM during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations. - Provide quality service to owners and passengers. - Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience. - Comply with company SMS program. Requirements: - FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate - First Class Medical Certificate - FAA Type rating in Falcon 7X - 4–6 years of experience - Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred Minimum Flight Time Requirements: - Total flight time: 3,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours - Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours - PIC MEL: 500 hours - Instrument: 300 hours - Jet: 500 hours

Additional requirements

• Must reside within driving distance of DuPage Airport (DPA); this is not a commutable position.
• 4-6 years of experience.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range by cabin size: Small/Mid/Supermid $160,000 - $275,000; Large/Heavy/Premium $200,000 - $325,000
