Job description
AXIS Aviation is seeking a Pilot In Command (PIC) for the Cessna Citation CJ3+ to start October 2026 or as agreed. The PIC will be an integral member of the team with crew base in Cyprus or Germany area. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct safe, efficient, and compliant international flight operations - Ensure full adherence to all applicable national and international aviation regulations - Perform thorough flight planning, pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and precise documentation - Deliver an outstanding passenger experience through professional and discreet customer service - Cooperate closely with fellow crew members, ground staff, and ATC to ensure seamless operations - Monitor and support aircraft care and maintenance in coordination with the technical department Requirements: - Valid pilot licence (EASA/ICAO) with a preferred C525 MPO Type Rating – Difference course to CJ3+ - Valid EASA medical and licence with eligibility to operate under OE AOC for both commercial and private operations - Relevant qualifications and experience for the position as Pilot in Command - Experience in international business aviation operations - In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and operational best practices - Strong interpersonal skills combined with a calm and solution-oriented mindset - Highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and safety awareness - Willingness to operate on international routes - Fluent in English (any additional language is an asset) - Valid European and/or Swiss work permit / eligibility for employment is required
