PSA Airlines Pilot Cadet Program – Charlotte, NC Program Overview: PSA Airlines is one of the first regional airlines to launch a Cadet Program to help promising future pilots transition from the classroom to the cockpit. PSA Airlines offers the fastest upgrade time in the industry and a pilot flow-through agreement to American Airlines. Program Benefits: - Eligibility begins upon completion of Private Pilot Certificate - Mentorship with airline industry experts and internships - Tuition reimbursement: $7,500 after Senior Cadet Interview + $7,500 at time building (within 500 hours of ATP minimums) = $15,000 total - ATP-CTP Course (valued at ~$5,000) paid upon reaching ATP/R-ATP minimum flight experience requirements - Hotel accommodations and ground transportation during ATP-CTP course provided - Placement into next available class at PSA upon reaching minimums (no additional interview required) - Flow-through to American Airlines with no additional interview upon completing requirements at PSA Interview Process: 1. HR Interview – Cadet 2. Technical Evaluation – Senior Cadet 3. Cadet Instructor Check-in and Logbook Review – Cadet Instructor Qualifications / Requirements: - Must hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate - Must be a current flight student OR CFI actively instructing - No more than three check ride failures - No accident or incident determined by the NTSB to be negligent on behalf of the pilot/aviator - Ability to obtain a First-Class Medical - Ability to obtain a valid passport - Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit - Must be able to meet necessary hours and qualifications under ATP or R-ATP requirements - Cadets eligible for R-ATP (1,000 or 1,250 hours) must have no more than 700 hours total flight time - Cadets requiring ATP (1,500 hours) must have no more than 1,200 hours total flight time - Must be authorized to work in the US - Must be able to speak, read and write in English

Additional requirements

• Must be a current flight student OR CFI, actively instructing
• No more than three check ride failures
• No accident or incident determined by the NTSB to be negligent on behalf of the pilot/aviator
• Ability to obtain a valid passport
• Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209

Compensation and Benefits
