StarFlyer is recruiting Flight Crew Members (Captain Candidates) on a mid-career basis. **Position:** Flight Crew Member (Captain Candidate) **Number of Positions:** 2 **Employment Type:** ① Long-term employment (Regular employee): Under 60 years of age (mandatory retirement age is 60) ② Aged Flight Crew Contract Employee: 60 years of age or older (contract period: from date of joining to March 31, 2027; maximum renewal age: 68 years) **Work Location:** Kitakyushu Airport or Haneda Airport (training conducted at Kitakyushu Airport facilities) **Duties:** Flight crew operations **Application Requirements:** - Must have experience as a captain at a Japanese scheduled airline, and hold 1,000 or more PIC hours on jet aircraft - Must hold a JCAB Air Transport Pilot Certificate - Must hold an Aviation Radio Operator License (or equivalent or higher) - Must hold a valid Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate - Must hold ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above **Compensation:** - Salary determined by company regulations based on job duties, required qualifications, years of experience, and past work history - Allowances: flight duty allowance, overtime allowance, holiday work allowance, late-night work allowance - Annual salary revision (April) - Bonus: summer and winter (twice per year, subject to company performance) **Benefits:** - Social insurance (health insurance, employees' pension insurance, employment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance) - Regular health checkups - Defined contribution pension (401K) - Employee stock ownership plan - Employee discount travel (StarFlyer and ANA flights) - Condolence/congratulatory allowance - Group Long-Term Disability (GLTD) insurance - Childcare and nursing care leave

Additional requirements

• Experience as a captain at a Japanese scheduled airline required
• Aviation Radio Operator License (or equivalent or higher) required
• Bases: Kitakyushu Airport or Haneda Airport
