Job description
Direct Entry Captain position on the De Havilland Dash 8-400 turboprop aircraft. Pilots will earn industry-leading Dash 8-400 pay and benefit from rapid seniority progression as the airline welcomes over 1,200 new pilots in the next 4 years, with the fastest upgrade possible to a narrow-body jet Captain role in Canada. Responsibilities include collaborative leadership, adherence to Safety Management System (SMS), and maintaining the highest personal and professional standards. Qualifications: Airline Transport Pilot License (Transport Canada), minimum 2,500 hours total time, 500 hours PIC on Q400 OR 1,500 hours PIC heavy turboprop in excess of 44,000 lbs MGTOW. Preference given to those with time on type and 705 operation experience. Aviation College or University Degree is an asset. Must possess legal ability to work in Canada (current valid Canadian Passport or International Passport with valid US Crewmember Visa C-1/D).
