Job description
Air Dolomiti (Lufthansa Group) is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains based in Italy (Florence or Venice). As Captain, you will share responsibility for aircraft, crew, and passengers, ensuring safe and on-time flights. You will lead crews through positive, inclusive leadership, operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti's operational directives, cooperate with crew, ground staff, and air traffic control, and continuously develop your professional skills. Requirements: - EASA ATPL(A) License - Minimum 5,000 flight hours in airline operations - Minimum 1,500 flight hours as Captain in airline operations - Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 ELP) - Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate - EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit - Passport with unlimited validity (if non-EU, must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport) - Strong leadership and teamwork skills Italian language is not required. An attractive entry bonus awaits selected candidates. Travel expenses for attending the selection process will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount.
