B737 Captain Candidate (Experienced Pilots from Other Airlines) Position / role B737 Captain Candidate (experienced pilots from other airlines) Job description Captain duties and related work. Employment type Permanent employee (seishain). Salary Not disclosed. Basic salary and allowances are in accordance with company regulations. Place of work Haneda Airport, or a location designated by the company. Date of joining March 2027 or later (timing negotiable). Planned number of hires A small number. Probationary period 6 months (standard). Working hours Variable working hours system on a one-month basis; average 7.5 hours per day, average 37.5 hours per week. Holidays 123 days per year. Eligibility (mandatory conditions) - Experience flying as a captain at another Japanese scheduled air transport operator. - Hold a JCAB Airline Transport Pilot Licence (skill certificate). - Hold a valid Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate. - 1,500 hours or more of PIC time (jet PIC time at another Japanese airline). - Able to live within 50 km in a straight line and within 60 km by road from Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) to your home. Additional requirements
