Captain - Global 6000 (NTR)

Solairus Aviation is searching for a Full-Time Global 6000 Captain to join an operation at the KSJC airport. Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for safe operation of the Global 6000 aircraft. - Conducting flights in a safe and prudent manner including: reviewing maintenance status, conducting proper pre-flight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, checking weather and facilities along the route and at airports including alternates, ensuring flight is conducted per Solairus Aviation policies/procedures and applicable FARs, ensuring safety of all passengers/aircraft/crew, and accurate completion of all trip paperwork. Qualifications: - Total time: 3,000 hours - PIC: 1,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land: 1,500 hours - Multi-Engine Land PIC: 500 hours - Turbo Jet time: 500 hours - Instrument: 250 hours - Type rated on Global 6000 or comparable aircraft (not required; Global experience preferred, differences training provided) - First class medical required - Must be able to work on an on-call basis - Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually - Primary residence within a 5-hour drive from KSJC or willing to relocate
