STAJets is seeking a Citation X PIC based at KSNA (Costa Mesa, CA). Candidates must embody customer interests, support fellow crew members, and represent the STAJets brand with pride. Key qualities include prioritizing safety, exceeding passenger expectations, professionalism, flexibility with changing flight schedules, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land), current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, Citation X PIC Type Rating, must reside in Southern California. PIC Minimums: 4,000 hours total pilot time, 2,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine PIC, 3,000 hours multi-engine total, 250 hours PIC in type.

Compensation and Benefits
$185,000 – $225,000 per year (USD)
- 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salary
