Captain - Citation CJ (NTR)

Job description

SkyShare is seeking an experienced Captain for a managed Part 91 Citation CJ, initially based at Covington Municipal Airport (CVC) with plans to move to Greene County Regional Airport (CPP) in Georgia. This is a single-pilot jet position working directly with the aircraft owner. The ideal candidate must have recent single-pilot jet experience and a minimum of 2,800 total hours. Responsibilities include ensuring strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices, performing flight duties for up to 14 hours per day during trips for as many as 8 consecutive days, and demonstrating a safety-first mindset. Candidates must hold an FAA Commercial or ATP Certificate with appropriate category and class, valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate, FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit, FAA Instrument Rating, valid U.S. passport and driver's license. Prior Part 135 experience preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass TSA background checks. Schedule is based on the owner's travel needs with 8 hard days off per month.

• Must be able to pass TSA background checks and secure an appropriate SIDA badge when applicable
• Candidates should reside within approximately a 2-hour drive of CVC/CPP
• Other base: planned move from Covington Municipal Airport (CVC) to Greene County Regional Airport (CPP)
• Exhibits physical readiness, including occasional lifting of objects up to 80 pounds
• Competent in working with animals, including handling and care before, during, and after flights

Compensation and Benefits

$160,000 – $180,000 per year (USD)
