Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay (Envoy June 2026 pay rates): First Officer Year 1 $102.00/hour, Year 2 $109.50, Year 3 $117.75, Year 4+ $120.75; Captain Year 1 $161.25/hour rising to $228.75 at Year 19-20
  • Pilot Supply Premium: 50% added to all pilot hourly rates until December 31, 2026
  • Captain Pay as a First Officer: Captain's hourly rate at 750 hours while flying as a First Officer
  • Industry Experience Credit: previous Part-121 years of service count toward compensation, vacation days and retirement benefits (1:1 longevity match)
