Job description

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates for a Challenger 300 based at KDVT (Phoenix, AZ). This is a 2-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician flying Part 135. The aircraft flies approximately 350 hours per year. This is NOT a commutable position — applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area. The Pilot in Command holds final responsibility to ensure the aircraft is operated in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner, complying with all company and regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities: - Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements - Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance tasks - Utilize TPC briefing methodology to lead briefings and mitigate operational risks - Comply with company SOPs and act as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator - Complete all aircraft pre-flight tasks and record discrepancies per SOPs - Monitor and ensure aircraft ground servicing items are accomplished per SOPs - Complete passenger briefings and deliver highest level of customer service - Utilize CRM and TEM during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations - Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience - Comply with company SMS program and report safety/non-compliance concerns Requirements: - Prior experience in Part 135 operations - Type rating in CL300 (strongly preferred) - Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area - Total flight time: 3,500 hours - Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours - Pilot in Command: 2,000 hours - PIC MEL: 500 hours - Instrument: 300 hours - Jet: 500 hours

Additional requirements

  • Prior experience in Part 135 (P135) operations required.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area; this is not a commutable position.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.
