Eclair s.r.o. is seeking candidates for the position of HA-420 HondaJet pilot via a selection process. Job Description: - Conducting commercial flights in accordance with applicable regulations and Eclair s.r.o. manuals - Area of operations: Europe Requirements for the selection process: - Secondary/university education - Clean criminal record - Valid FCL ATPL or FCL CPL with ATPL theoretical knowledge certificate - Valid instrument rating for multi-engine aircraft (MEP/IR or TYPE/IR) - ICAO English level 4 or higher - ICAO Czech level 6 - Valid Medical Certificate Class 1 - MCC certificate (for CPL holders only) Minimum required flight experience: Captain: - 300 hours as PIC on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA), or PIC on single-pilot turboprop aircraft Second Officer (Co-pilot): - 500 hours on fixed-wing aircraft Personal qualities: - Ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and handle stressful situations - Cultivated presentation with good verbal expression - Easy orientation abroad - Stress resistance - Organizational skills - Time flexibility We offer: - Salary according to European standards for business aviation aircraft category - Permanent employment contract - Monthly duty planning - HondaJet type rating - Employee bonuses - Place of employment: Prague
