B737 Captain (Flight Crew — Captain) Job description B737 captain duties and associated work. Eligibility (mandatory conditions) - Hold a JCAB Airline Transport Pilot Licence. - Hold an Aeronautical Radio Operator licence. - Have flight experience as captain of a jet or turboprop aircraft in air transport operations. - Have captain hours at a Japanese scheduled airline. - Hold a valid Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate. Applicants aged 60 or over must have passed the additional examination. Place of work Haneda Airport as the base. Employment type Under 60 years of age: permanent employee. Aged 60 or over: contract employee (from age 65, a short-hours employment contract). All personnel are employed on a contract basis during the training period. Salary and benefits Salary in accordance with company regulations. Various allowances are payable (duty allowance, variable supplementary allowance and others). Full social insurance, retirement benefit scheme (for permanent employees), use of the welfare benefits club and others. Off-Base Residence Option: Chitose, Asahikawa, or Obihiro, Hokkaido. Working hours Variable working hours system. Holidays 120 days or more per year, and 8 days or more per month.
