Job description

Position: First Officer with command potential Department: Flight Operations Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi / Operational airports as required Job Summary: The line pilots are active line pilots that maintain a high level of operational safety, security, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Professional title and occupation are appointed by the Flight Operations Director with the consent of the Accountable Manager. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Carry out the tasks of operation as assigned by the company. - Ensure that the above tasks are executed accurately, comprehensively, and in strict compliance with the company's procedures, regulations, and the standards set forth by the authorities. Requirements: - Below 60 years old for male and 55 years old for female - Hold Vietnamese ATPL and Vietnamese instrument rating - Hold a current Class 1 medical certificate - ICAO Level 4 or higher English language proficiency - Minimum 2,500 hours on A320F aircraft Personal Characteristics: - Teamwork skills - Handling work-pressure situations - Decisiveness and Quick-Thinking Skills - Transparency and good communication - Conscientious; high in deliberation, achievement-striving, competence, and dutifulness - Situational Awareness Skills - Confidence, Attitude and Self-Discipline Roster pattern: 3/1; 6/2; 9/3
