Captain - Lear 45 (NTR)

Breeze Airways is hiring Lear 45 Captains at Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport. Captains are responsible for ensuring safe and timely flight operations in accordance with all Company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). Responsibilities: - Safe and timely completion of flight operations per Company policies and FARs - Operate assigned flights after determining airworthiness and reviewing weather, field conditions, navigational aids, etc. - Operate the aircraft during the designated period of duty unless relieved by Company authority - Supervise and monitor enroute performance of other crewmembers - Maintain high proficiency and thorough knowledge of flight operations, procedures, and systems - Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections to ensure airworthiness - Review departure, arrival, and alternate station weather prior to each flight - Ensure flight is planned and fueled properly - Assist with proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo - Notify crew and passengers of turbulence, adverse weather, or other operational factors - Assess risk and use proper resources during all phases of ground and flight operations - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: - Must be at least 23 years old at time of hire - FAA Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multi-engine class rating - 2,500+ hours total flight time (not including simulator and/or Flight Engineer time) - 1,000 hours fixed wing PIC - 1,000 hours fixed wing multi-engine - 500 hours fixed wing jet - 500 hours multicrew - Actively flying two of the past five years - High school diploma or equivalent - Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate - Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit - Valid U.S. driver's license and valid passport - Must be able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States - Authorization to work in the United States - Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check Preferred Qualifications: - Lear 45 Type Rating - Lear 45 Captain Experience - Previous US Part 135 or Part 121 Experience

Additional requirements

• Actively flying two of the past five years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pilot training history must be maintained and disclosed per FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) regulations
• Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's Permit
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Valid passport
• Must be able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
