First Officer - NTR

Job description

Junior First Officer position at SriLankan Airlines Flight Operations division. The Junior First Officer Programme offers the opportunity to train alongside experienced aviation professionals and develop cockpit skills. Applicants must possess an ATPL issued by CAASL, a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, and a minimum of 3000 hours total flying time including 500 hours on Turbine/Jet Aircraft. A Bachelor's Degree or Master's from a recognized university certified by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka is required. Age must not exceed 45 years as of 21st September 2026. Open to Sri Lankan citizens only. Exposure to information technology and fluency in English are essential. Candidates must possess good inter-personal skills and demonstrate ability to support a positive work environment fostering team performance. Successful candidates will undergo training at SriLankan Airlines' Approved Training Organization (ATO), with training costs recovered through salary deductions over a pre-agreed period, during which candidates will be bonded to the organization.
