Mandarin Airlines is recruiting CPL Civil Pilots (First Officers) with the following requirements: Eligibility: - Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality and household registration in Taiwan. - Bachelor's degree or above from a domestic or foreign university recognized by the Ministry of Education. - Must hold a CPL license with no record of flight accidents, graduation certificate from an FAA Part 141 certified flight school or equivalent institution, CPL document issued by the local CAA (must include multi-engine and instrument flight rating certificates), or currently hold a civil aviation license from another airline. - Class 1 aviation medical certificate and a clean drug test report from the Civil Aeromedical Center. - Total flight time of 250 hours or more (simulator time counted up to a maximum of 50 hours). - Must have actual flight experience within 12 months prior to application. - TOEIC score of 650 or above (obtained after August 1, 2024) or ICAO Aviation English Proficiency Level 4 or above. Required Documents (in order): 1. Personal resume data usage agreement and consent form (signed and stamped) 2. National ID card 3. Highest educational certificate (foreign degrees must be authenticated) 4. Military discharge or exemption certificate copy 5. Valid license certificate; foreign CPL holders must also provide CAAC written exam pass certificate (valid within 2 years) 6. Valid aviation medical certificate 7. No aviation violation record certificate issued by flight school or local CAA 8. Flight time certification document issued by flight school or previous airline (with authentication stamp) 9. If unavailable: last two pages of flight logbook (clearly indicating last flight date) 10. Copy of payment receipt for drug/substance test at Civil Aeromedical Center (must be completed during recruitment announcement period) 11. TOEIC score 650 or above or ICAO Aviation English Proficiency Level 4 or above 12. One 2-inch color half-body photo taken within 2 months before the exam Examination Subjects: - Written test - Interview - Simulator test Restrictions and Agreements: - Probation and appointment handled according to company regulations; service period per company rules. - Flight training progress delays handled per company regulations. - Applicants who have applied for the First Officer position two or more times on or after January 1, 2025 without being selected will not be accepted for further applications.

• Actual flight experience within the 12 months prior to application required
• No record of flight accidents or aviation violations
• Clean drug and substance test report from the Civil Aeromedical Center required
• TOEIC score of 650 or above obtained after 1 August 2024 accepted as an alternative English qualification
• Applicants who have applied for this position twice or more since 1 January 2025 without being selected will not be accepted
