First Officer - B737 (NTR)

Job description

First Officer position on Boeing 737 fleet at Flair Airlines. Start date: Late Fall 2026. Locations: Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary. The First Officer operates flights across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean, reporting to the Chief Pilot. Responsibilities include pre-flight inspections, assisting the PIC with aircraft operation in all phases of flight, monitoring weather and aircraft performance, preparing and reviewing flight plans and NOTAMs, coordinating with Maintenance, SOCC, and Dispatch, and performing additional operational duties as assigned. Requirements: - Valid Transport Canada ATPL, or CPL with successful completion of IATRA or SAMRA/SARON exams. - Valid Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate. - Minimum 1,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time. - Experience operating in a multi-crew, IFR environment with exposure to commercial airline procedures. - Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations (CARs 602/604/703/704/705). - Boeing 737 experience (737 MAX and NG) considered a significant asset. - Ability to clear background and criminal record checks. - Ability to obtain and maintain RAIC. - Must pass pre-employment alcohol and drug screening. - Must hold a valid passport with unrestricted travel to/from the US and international destinations. - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range from $93,627 to $152,172 per Collective Agreement
• Minimum monthly guarantee of 75 flying credits, overtime eligibility after 88 hours
