Job description

Pilot position in the "OCC Pilot-Trainee-Programme" at Aerowest GmbH, one of the most versatile charter airlines in Germany based at Hanover Airport. The programme combines operational experience in the Operations Control Center (OCC) with flight training. During the first 9-12 months, the trainee works in the OCC handling operative flight planning, fuel management, airport and handling coordination, customer liaison, crew scheduling, and administrative tasks. After the OCC phase, a guaranteed type rating on the C425 Conquest (or another type if needed) is provided. Flying duties include executive charter and ambulance flights across Europe and beyond. A stable block roster of 7/3 with a minimum of 108 home days per year is offered. Requirements: Valid CPL(IR) with ATPL(A) theory (frozen ATPL). No prior flight experience required. Fluent German and English. Flexibility and high service readiness. Good manners and professional appearance. Class B driving licence.
