What We Offer. We offer a Direct Entry Captain position on the A320 fleet in Copenhagen and Stockholm, with the option to choose between a 100% full-time contract or a flexible 83.3% part-time agreement. The 83.3% option operates on a seasonal flying pattern, with 100% rostering during the summer and December, and 50-75% during the rest of the year. Compensation & Benefits: - Permanent contract - Starting salary: 75.493DKK/ 74.772SEK per month(100%) or 62.861DKK/62285 per month (83.3%) - Competitive salary progression - Fully funded type-rating with a 3-year bond - Additional allowances - Competitive pension scheme - Insurance benefits - Flexible roster (mixed pattern) - Minimum of 11 days off per month - 42 days of annual leave - Worldwide staff travel benefits - Career opportunities, including progression to A330/A350, or roles within Training and Management Minimum Requirements - Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A) - EASA ATPL(A), CPL(A), or MPL (Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses accepted, but must be converted before course start) - Valid Class 1 Medical - Valid Instrument Rating - ICAO English Level 5 or 6 - Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU - Clean criminal record Minimum Flight Time Requirements 4,000+ hours Total Time 2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high-speed turboprops 1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T Experience with winter operations All requirements must be fully met, and all licenses valid at the time of application. Security & Screening: background check; personal security interview; drug and alcohol testing. The personal security interview and testing must be completed in the base city (Copenhagen).
