Job description

Helicopter Pilot for Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations providing medical air transportation services for REACH customers. Responsibilities include working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities, ensuring aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in appropriate manuals including all FAR and REACH requirements, maintaining accurate regulatory documentation and record keeping, effective communication and collaboration with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners, providing shift change info to successive pilot and team, and maintaining required certifications and ongoing training. Minimum Requirements: Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, Helicopter instrument rating, Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate, 2,000 Total Flight Hours, 2,000 Helicopter Hours, 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours, 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours, 200 helicopter night hours (aided or unaided), 230 pound weight limit with flight gear. Preferred: EC130/H130 aircraft experience, High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher.

Compensation and Benefits

$106,511 – $117,162 per year (USD)

• Salary range $106,511 - $117,162 including 20% geographic modifier
• $15,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility)
• Retention bonus plan ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses)
• On-duty housing provided
• 7/7 schedule
