Cadet Pilot

Job description

Cadet Pilot Programme at SriLankan Airlines. Train alongside experienced aviation professionals and develop skills to command the cockpit. Successful candidates will undergo training at SriLankan Airlines' Approved Training Organization (ATO). The cost of training will be recovered through salary deductions over a pre-agreed period, and selected candidates will be bonded to the organization. Requirements: - Current Sri Lankan Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating and valid ATPL knowledge endorsement issued by CAASL. - Multi-Engine Aircraft Rating endorsement on a CAASL or Foreign License. - Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by CAASL, valid for at least one month beyond the application closing date. - ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above. - Bachelor's Degree or Master's from a recognized university certified by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka. - Age not more than 35 years as at 21st September 2026. - Open to Sri Lankan citizens only. - Exposure to information technology and fluency in English are essential. - Good inter-personal skills and ability to support a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
