Job description

Challenger 604 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) position at Ventura Air Services, a family-owned Part 135 operator. The Captain serves as Pilot-in-Command ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations, leads all phases of flight planning and execution across domestic and international routes, sets the standard for professionalism, safety, and crew coordination, mentors First Officers, and delivers a seamless high-level experience for clients. Minimum requirements include ATP Certificate, First Class Medical, CL-604/605/650 Type Rating, 3,000 total flight hours, 1,500 PIC hours, and 250 hours in type. Must be able to travel internationally without restriction, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and reside in the continental U.S. Preferred: 500+ hours in type, recent initial/recurrent training within 36 months, international operational experience, experience flying Challenger variants or strong Part 135 background.
