Job description

Republic Airways RJet Cadet Program – a conditional offer of employment program for flight students transitioning from training to airline operations on Embraer E170/175 aircraft flying for Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, and United Airlines. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS – ALL Candidates: - No more than one check ride failure - Eligibility to work in the United States - FAA First Class Medical (can have lapsed privileges) - Resume attached to application Cadets with R-ATP (1000 or 1250 Hours): - Instrument Rating - No more than 700 hours or less than 6 months until date of conversion to First Officer Cadets with ATP (1500 Hours): - Commercial Certificate - No more than 1000 hours or less than 6 months until date of conversion to First Officer INTERVIEW PROCESS: Interviews take place year-round both virtually and onsite. Consists of an HR portion and a technical portion conducted by a current Republic Airways pilot. Candidates must be prepared to read a METAR, TAF and brief an approach using a Jeppesen chart.
