Job description

PHI Health is seeking an IFR Pilot, H145 Captain to join their air ambulance team in Cleveland, OH. Operations are conducted under CAMTS guidelines as Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations, Captain H145 IFR/NVG 2-Pilot Crew with instrument rating required. 24-hour operations (day/night rotation). Schedule 7/7. Off-Duty Housing provided. Relocation package available (2-year minimum service requirement if utilized). If applicant requires aircraft transition, 1-year minimum service requirement applies. Requirements: - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings - First Class Medical - CAMTS Requirements: 2,000 Total Hours / 1,500 Hours Helicopter / 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters / 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters / 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations OR 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours NVG / 75 Hours Instrument (Actual & Hood) - Must meet company flight personnel weight restriction policy (max 235 lbs) - Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check - Strong communication and customer service skills - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management
