PHI Health is seeking a VFR Pilot, H125 Captain based in Tucumcari, NM. PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, transporting more than 22,000 patients per year from more than 80 bases across the country. Job Summary: - H125 VFR/NVG operations (Instrument rating required) - 24-hour operations (day/night rotation) - Schedule: 14 on / 14 off - If successful applicant requires aircraft transition: 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA - Relocation package available (if utilized: 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA) - Off-Duty Housing provided - Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies - Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM - Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns Requirements (CAMTS): - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings - First Class Medical - 2,000 Total Flight Hours - 1,500 Hours Helicopter - 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters - 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters - 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations OR 50 Hours Unaided + 100 Hours NVG - Must meet company flight personnel weight restriction policy (max 235 lbs) - Must pass pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (able to lift 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check - Strong communication and customer service skills - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management - Annual Flu Vaccine not required

Additional requirements

• Must meet and maintain company flight personnel weight restriction policy (235 lbs or less)
• Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 pounds), drug screening and background screen
• 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA if aircraft transition is required
• 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA if relocation package is utilized
