Job description
Air India Cadet Pilot Program designed to equip aspiring aviators with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to become confident and capable commercial airline pilots. Selection process includes screening based on eligibility criteria, online assessment of cognitive and behavioural skills, and personal interview. Eligibility: Must be a citizen of India or OCI. Age 18 to 30 years. Good command of written and spoken English. Minimum height 158 cm. Educational qualifications: High School Education Certificate (National Institute of Open Schooling also accepted) with 60% in 10+2 including 60% marks in each of English, Mathematics and Physics. Candidates must be in good physical and mental health and clear a DGCA Class 1 Medical prior to starting flight training. Applicants may reapply only after a cooling period of 3 months from the date of their assessment.
