First Officer - NTR

Job description

The Pilot (First Officer) is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience with an exceptional safety record on every flight. The Pilot is the face of NetJets, providing technically accurate and safe transportation as well as an exceptional service experience for every NetJets Owner and passenger. Responsibilities include safe operation of the aircraft per FAA guidelines, greeting and briefing passengers, in-flight service including catering and alcohol handling, loading baggage, acting as final authority on the aircraft, and liaising between Owners/passengers and NetJets. Requirements: FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or R-ATP certificate with multi-engine rating; 1,000 hours total flight time (minimum with military or appropriate university R-ATP certificate); 200 hours cross-country flight time; 250 hours fixed-wing PIC; 100 hours night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings); 75 hours instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight); 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time; ATP written completed prior to Indoctrination Training; current FAA First-Class Medical certificate; FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit; valid US passport with unrestricted international travel; valid state driver's license; authorization to work in the US; must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand English; must be service-oriented and able to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; duty may last up to 14 hours per day for up to 8 days across time zones.

Additional requirements

• High school education
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
• Valid United States passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid State driver's license
• Must pass TSA background screening and secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
• ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training
• Must be able to work varying hours including day and night, weekdays, weekends and holidays; duty up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
• Must be able to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke
