STARLUX Airlines - Experienced Pilot Recruitment Minimum Requirements - First Officer Type Rating: A320 Family / A330 / A340 / A350 / A380 / Jet Category / Others License Type(s) Accepted: EASA / ICAO / FAA / CAA Medical Certificate: Class one Minimum Total Flying Time (Civil Aviation): 1,500 hrs (Expat.) / 1,000 hrs (Domestic) Other Flying Time: (not stated for First Officer) ICAO Level: Level 4 or above Documents for Application Expatriate Pilot: Passport; Airline Transport Pilot License & Current Aircraft Type Rating Certificate; License Verification Letter provided by the license issued authority (to certify the authenticity of holder's license, which is issued according to issuing authority's regulations and standards); Class one Medical Certificate; Latest PTPC (Within one year); Certificate of ICAO Level 4 or above; Degree of Highest Education (copy of English translation is required if the original diploma is not in English or in Chinese); Non-incident / accident Record (2 types: provided by current or previous employer, and provided by license issued authority); Logbook (Most recent 3 months); Document to prove the current or previous company employment; Reference Letter from Chief Pilot; Non-criminal record issued by authority of birthplace or authority of the current domicile. Domestic Pilot: ID; Airline Transport Pilot License & Current Aircraft Type Rating Certificate (Domestic First Officer: Commercial Pilot License is acceptable); Class one Medical Certificate; Latest PTPC (Within one year); Certificate of ICAO Level 4 or above; Degree of Highest Education; Non-incident / accident Record; Document to prove the current or previous company employment; Non-criminal record. Some documents are allowed to be provided after the interview. If the Non-incident/accident Record cannot be issued by the foreign employer and license issued authority separately according to the local policy, the record can be provided by either of the two. • Documents to submit (expatriate applicants): passport; licence verification letter issued by the licensing authority; latest PTPC (within one year); degree of highest education (English translation required if the diploma is not in English or Chinese); non-incident / accident record (from the current or previous employer and from the licensing authority); logbook covering the most recent 3 months; document proving current or previous employment; reference letter from the Chief Pilot; non-criminal record issued by the authority of birthplace or current domicile.
• Domestic applicants submit the same documents with national ID instead of passport, and without the licence verification letter, logbook and Chief Pilot reference letter.
• Some documents may be provided after the interview.
