Job description
Position: Fixed Wing Pilot - SIC (Second in Command) Location: Birmingham, AL Airframe: Cessna Citation 550 Bravo Schedule: 14 Days On and 14 Days Off Annual Salary Range: $80,970.17 - $92,537.34 The Second in Command is designated as the SIC for a flight or series of flights in accordance with FAR Part 135. The SIC is responsible for the safe execution of flight duties and supports the PIC in the operation of the aircraft, exercising Operational Control on the Tier 2 level as described in the General Operations Manual. Minimum Required Qualifications: - Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Birmingham, AL. - Must hold, or be able to attain, Citation Bravo Certification. - Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred. - Hold, or be eligible to hold, an unrestricted FAA ATP certificate. - Must hold or be able to attain a First-Class Medical Certificate. - 1,500 Total flight time. - 250 Airplane Multi-Engine Land Hours. - 250 PIC Airplane Hours. - Must hold valid US Passport. - Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or higher.

Compensation and Benefits
$80,970 – $92,537 per year (USD)
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000 (upon completion of training and check ride)
- Retention bonus of $40,000 (6-month waiting period, 3-year program)
- Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance
- Annual scaled salary increases based on merit (up to $112,225.09)
