PHI Health is seeking VFR Travel Pilots to join their air medical team at the Red Bluff, CA base. PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, transporting more than 22,000 patients each year from more than 80 bases across the country. Aircraft: Bell 407 (BH407) VFR/NVG Operations: 24-hour operations (day/night rotation), CAMTS guidelines Schedule: 7&7 rotation, Full-Time support of Red Bluff, CA base Job Duties: - Perform line pilot duties IAW GOM - Participate in community outreach programs - Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns - Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment - Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service Requirements: - Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings - First Class Medical - CAMTS Requirements: - 2,000 Total Flight Hours - 1,500 Hours Helicopter - 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters - 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters - 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations OR 50 Hours Unaided and 100 Hours NVG - Must meet and maintain the company's flight personnel weight restriction policy (max 235 lbs) - Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (ability to lift 100 lbs), drug screening, and background check - Strong communication and customer service skills - Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management Notes: - If successful applicant requires aircraft transition: 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA - If relocation package is utilized: 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA

• Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam (lift 100 lbs), drug screening and background screen
• If aircraft transition is required: 1-year minimum service requirement per CBA
• If relocation package is utilized: 2-year minimum service requirement per CBA

Compensation and Benefits

$105,073 – $130,391 per year (USD)

• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 (up to $50,000 cash for California candidates, remainder via OT/DT hours)
• Annual Travel Stipend of $20,000
