Job description
Aero is seeking an experienced Gulfstream G-IV First Officer (SIC) to join their team. The role involves providing safe and reliable premium air travel, handling a wide variety of situations, working independently and as part of a team, ensuring safety and comfort of customers, responding to emergency and non-emergency situations, and working in various climates and locations across the globe with variable shifts. Requires excellent communication skills, quick and accurate decision making, close attention to detail, Gulfstream G-IV Type rating, FAA ATP License, minimum 2,000 TT, 1,000 Turbojet, 500 PIC, 100 hours time in type (G-IV), at least 1 year of Part 135 and/or Part 121 experience, TSA criminal background checks (CHRC), valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit, valid First Class Medical Certificate, must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel unrestricted to all Aero destinations. Valid passport and documentation allowing entry into the United States after international flights required. DOT safety-sensitive position subject to pre-employment drug testing.
Additional requirements
- At least 1 year of Part 135 and/or Part 121 experience
- Ability to work varying hours including day or night, on weekends and holidays
- Fulfillment of TSA criminal background checks (CHRC)
- Valid FCC Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to travel unrestricted to all locations Aero flies to
- Valid passport and documentation allowing for entry into the United States after an international flight
- DOT safety-sensitive position subject to pre-employment drug testing
