Job description

Sun Country Airlines College Bridge Program First Officer position in partnership with University of North Dakota (UND). Sun Country flies Boeing 737NGs throughout the US (including Hawaii and Alaska), Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe, operating scheduled airline service, charters (military, sports, and event-based), cargo, and seasonal leisure travel. Program Steps: 1. Enroll: Students must be enrolled in the designated major at UND that includes flight training to qualify for Restricted ATP (RATP) under FAR 61.160. 2. Apply: Must be at least a Junior or Senior; hold a Commercial Certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine Rating; attend one in-person recruiting event and complete a required initial one-on-one interview. 3. Flight Instructor Position: Secure a Flight Instructor position at UND (CFI, CFII required; MEI optional). 4. Request Interview: Complete 300 hours of Dual Flight Instruction in Aircraft with UND; apply online; email Sun Country Pilot Hiring to indicate interest in interviewing. 5. Get Hired: Receive a Contingent Job Offer (CJO) based on successful interview and graduation with appropriate major qualifying for RATP under FAR 61.160. Minimum Qualifications to Start Class: - Legal authorization to work in the United States - Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language - Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate - FCC Radio License - Valid US passport or valid passport with Green Card - Valid US driver's license - Recent flight experience preferred Restricted ATP Eligible – 1,000 Hours Minimum (Aviation College Background): - 1,000 total flight hours (100 hours can be simulator time) - 250 hours PIC in an airplane - At least 21 years old - 200 hours of cross country (100 hours PIC cross country in an airplane) - 100 hours of night (25 hours PIC night in an airplane) - 75 hours of instrument - 25 hours of multi-engine

• Valid US driver's license
