Flight Crew Trainee (Company-Sponsored Cadet Pilot) — Career (Experienced) Hire Position Flight crew trainee (company-sponsored cadet pilot). Eligibility - Education: holders of a degree from a university or graduate school (including the advanced course of a college of technology). - Age: applicants up to approximately 30 years of age. - Date of joining: 1 April 2027. - Vision: corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or better in each eye, with refraction within -6.0 to +2.0 dioptres, with no orthokeratology within the past six months.. - Other: holders of a Commercial Pilot Licence may not apply. Employment type and conditions - Employment type: permanent employee. - Starting salary: 263,000 yen (as at 27 March 2026). - Pay rise: once a year. - Bonus: three times a year (summer, year-end, and end of fiscal year). Place of work After joining, ground duty practical training is carried out at domestic offices of the company (including secondment to group companies and similar). During training, at training facilities in Japan and overseas. After the start of line flying, at Haneda Airport, Narita Airport and elsewhere. Additional requirements

• Degree from a university or graduate school (including the advanced course of a college of technology).
• Corrected visual acuity 1.0 or better in each eye, with refraction within -6.0 to +2.0 dioptres, with no orthokeratology within the past six months.
• Other base: Narita Airport (NRT).

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary 263,000 yen per month (as at 27 March 2026); pay rise once a year; bonus three times a year (summer, year-end, fiscal year-end)
