Job description
Air New Zealand is seeking expressions of interest from pilots wanting to join its turboprop fleets, flying in the right-hand seat of an ATR or Dash 8 Q300. Entry is at First Officer level, with positions available across a number of bases around New Zealand. The role offers a career flying props or a pathway to the jet fleet. Requirements: - NZCAA CPL/ATPL (ATPL or all ATPL subjects passed preferred) - NZCAA MEIR (Multi-Engine Instrument Rating) - NZCAA Class 1 Medical - 500 hours total flight time - 25 night hours - 40 hours Instrument Flight Time - NZCAA BTK/BGT endorsements - ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6 - New Zealand citizen/permanent resident/resident OR Australian citizen; valid passport and necessary visas required. Note: Foreign-issued qualifications that can be converted to NZCAA licences may be considered during the conversion process through Aspeq.
