Black Hills Life Flight — Fixed Wing Pilot (PC-12, IFR program) based in Rapid City, SD. Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy to transport medical crew and patient to receiving hospital within an assigned operational area. Responsible for compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), General Operations Manual guidelines (GOM), and thorough knowledge of Air Methods policies and procedures. Schedule: 7/7 schedule, 12-hour shifts. Qualifications / Requirements: - IFR Program: 2,500 total flight hours with minimum 2,000 flight hours in category - 1,000 hours PIC in category - 500 hours cross-country flight time (at least 50 hours at night) - 500 hours turbine time - 100 hours night flight time - 100 hours flight in actual instrument conditions in category - Instrument rating (for category and class of aircraft); ATP rating in category meets this requirement - Fixed wing multiengine rating required for twin-engine aircraft - Commercial single-engine land required for single-engine aircraft - First OR Second Class FAA Medical certificate required - Must have flown in category within the previous 24 months - Weight not to exceed 250 lbs; must be less than 70 years old - Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: - Salary Range: $82,900–$93,251 - $12,000 Experience Stipend - $3,000 IFR Stipend - $40,000 Base Stipend - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus - Off-duty housing provided

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with two to five years' related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have flown in category within the previous 24 months
• Weight not to exceed 250 pounds
