Captain - BE02 (NTR)

Sunwest Aviation Ltd. is the leading Western Canadian operator of jet and turboprop charter aircraft, based in Calgary, Alberta. The company is seeking a full-time Captain for the BE02 aircraft. Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure the safe and effective operation of the BE02 aircraft. - Execute all necessary duties and responsibilities associated with the BE02 aircraft. - Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations in accordance with company requirements, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations). - Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Deputy Chief Pilot. - Participate in flexible scheduling arrangements: 5 and 2 (Sat/Sun off) or 10 and 4 (Friday to Monday off). Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: - Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL). - Possess a valid Instrument Rating and Type Rating (if required). - 3,000 hours Total Time. - 2,000 hours PIC. - 1,500 hours Multi-Engine. - 1,000 hours Multi-Engine PIC. - Preference will be given to candidates with time on type. - Valid Canadian passport or resident status with necessary visas (Canada, USA, Mexico, Caribbean, South America, Western Europe). - Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC). - Successful completion of a criminal background check. - Excellent customer service, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional requirements

• Valid Canadian passport or resident status with the necessary visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training purposes.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Personality profiling is required of all candidates granted an interview.
